Kyle, who is married and has 3 children, says he has a heart for the youth of today, and his passion is serving as a youth pastor at Generation Life Church in Sutter Creek. Kyle is sharp and a fast learner, having recently been promoted to HR Specialist along with his current Retail Specialist duties. Kyle says highlights of his first year include undertaking the huge learning curve for this industry; it has so many aspects.
Kyle feels very blessed for the knowledge and experience, although he says he still has lots to learn. His key take-away his first year working at Sierra Hearth & Home is the store’s ‘Procedure Steps’ that are outlined and set in place for a successful business; the emphasis being, “…there is a right way to do things, and doing them in a safe manner that benefits everyone”. Kyle’s motivation each and every day is The Word and his family. He warmly shares that Stan and Shirley Hampton also encourage his heart daily.

Gas fireplaces and stoves are a beautiful addition to any home. They burn either propane or natural gas. They are clean, cost-effective, and require little maintenance. Gas fireplaces are easy to use, and can be installed in almost any room of your home. The beauty of a gas fireplace or stove has become one of the most desired features in a home.
Benefits to an EPA certified gas fireplace:
There are many benefits to installing a fireplace that is certified by the Environmental Protection Agency as an energy efficient unit:
Safety: You don’t have to worry about creosote buildup in the chimney or chimney fires, and there are no sparks to jump out and burn your floors. You can vent them through an existing chimney.
Environmentally Friendly: Gas fireplaces and stoves reduce the pollutants and particles emitted into the air by up to 99 percent compared to that of wood burning units.
Convenience: With the flip of a switch, or by thermostatic control, your natural gas unit is instantly on. You won’t have to go outside to collect firewood or wait for the fire to die down before going to bed. There are even gas stoves that do not require a power source, and will work when your power is out!
Beauty: Gas fireplaces and stoves are beautiful and add a stunning focal point to nearly any room of your home. They are very desirable and add marketability to your home.
Economy: Save energy by using your fireplace instead of the furnace to warm your room. Natural gas can cost as little as 25 percent of the cost of burning wood.
